Performance improvements are achieved by developing on the capabilities of the teams and individual employees. The system further facilitates in aligning employees to the values, priorities and the business focus of the company.
 
We employ Balance Score Card (BSC) as a process for appraising performance. Setting targets and then continuously evaluating performance achieved against targets motivates an individual to perform better.
